The house is situated in the centre of the town, close to the Quay and the main shopping street. St. Elmo consists of a hall, large kitchen/dining room, sitting room, playroom, utility room
with shower and loo. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and two twin bedrooms on the second floor. The garden is south facing and is totally enclosed.  There is
shared access and parking for two cars.

The house has two televisions, a video, a DVD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a larder fridge.  There is a cot and stair gates on both staircases.  All the beds will be made up with duvets, but no towels or cot linen is provided.
